Helping People Move Through and Beyond Grief
These monthly meetings are open to anyone 18 yrs of age and older who is experiencing grief as the result of the death of a loved one.
Meeting Locations:
Due to COVID restrictions, all meetings will be happening online through ZOOM and
NO WALK-INS will be accepted.
These six-week programs are designed to bring people together for a structured program. Groups include:
Meditation can help you cope with your grief. Whenever you find yourself feeling overwhelmed with grief for the loss of a loved one, it is helpful if you can take a few minutes to meditate. These classes are designed to introduce you to the practice of meditation. The sessions give you the opportunity to try several different methods so you can discover what is best for you.
